Meet The Team
Zac Monkley
Zac is managing director of Wauchope Solar & Electrical and was born and raised on the Mid North Coast. He completed his studies at Newmans Senior Tech, before undetaking an electrical apprenticeship with a local electrical company. Now Zac is a fully qualified electrician and SAA accredited. With a keen interest in renewable energies, Zac loves meeting new clients every day and helping them meet their renewable energy goals.
Brendan Burns
Brendan is a dual trade professional, qualified as both a Communications Linesman and Electrician. As an SAA Accredited installer, he brings a high level of expertise and safety to every job. Proudly local to the Mid North Coast, Brendan combines technical skill with local knowledge to deliver reliable, top-quality service.
Dylan Hoffman
Dylan is our Team Leader and a highly skilled Electrician with over five years of SAA Accreditation. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist mindset, Dylan sets the standard for quality on every project. His deep technical knowledge, combined with a strong customer focus, makes him an exceptional leader and a trusted point of contact for both clients and the team.
Jacob Phillips
Jacob Phillips began with us as a qualified Refrigeration Mechanic and is now taking on his second trade as an Electrician. Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, Jacob is a team player who brings a positive attitude to every job. He’s committed to quality workmanship and always keeps customer satisfaction front of mind, making him a valued and versatile member of the team.
Solomon Ruhl
Solomon began his journey with us at just 17 as an apprentice Electrician and is now finalising his exams. Known for his consistent work ethic and positive attitude, Solomon is always willing to pitch in wherever he’s needed. Reliable, flexible, and a true team player, he brings kindness and dedication to every job-making him a valued part of our crew.
Carolyn Monkley
Carolyn Monkley is the friendly face at our front desk, bringing warmth and professionalism to her role as Receptionist. With a strong attention to detail and a disciplined, focused approach, Carolyn ensures every customer interaction is seamless. Her commitment to excellent service and customer care makes her an invaluable first point of contact for our clients.
